    Rafael Sokolski has been a lawyer and founding partner of the law firm Sokolski Madany Rechtsanwälte since 2013. After graduating in law from the University of Vienna in 2005, he gained legal experience both in renowned Viennese law firms and within an insurance company. In 2012, he passed the bar exam with distinction at the Vienna Bar Association. From 2014 to 2015, he was a partner at a well-established law firm in central Vienna. Since the end of 2015, he has been managing partner at Sokolski Madany Rechtsanwälte OG in Vienna. He specializes in criminal law, divorce, inheritance law, and compensation claims. He also regularly represents clients before civil and criminal courts.

    Mateusz Madany has been a lawyer and founding partner of the law firm Sokolski Madany Rechtsanwälte since 2014. He graduated in law from the University of Vienna in 2007 and passed the bar exam with distinction in 2012. He gained professional experience in several renowned Viennese law firms. Between 2014 and 2015, he practiced independently at a leading commercial law firm with a focus on construction contract and real estate law. Since 2015, he has been managing partner at Sokolski Madany Rechtsanwälte OG in Vienna. He advises clients on all aspects of civil and real estate law, and has in-depth experience in civil litigation involving construction, transport, and inheritance law.

    Emilia Steger has been a member of the legal team at Sokolski Madany Rechtsanwälte OG since 2024. She graduated from law studies at the University of Vienna in 2018. Since then, she has worked in renowned law firms both domestically and internationally. She specializes in construction and real estate law, general civil law, and criminal defense. As a native speaker of German, Ukrainian, and Russian, she is particularly experienced in handling international matters—especially in residence law, Austrian citizenship proceedings, and cross-border inheritance cases.
