SCOPE OF SERVICES
Our services cover the most important legal areas of Austrian civil, criminal and commercial law, which means that we represent our clients before respective courts, law enforcement and administrative bodies. As part of our representation, we liaise with on-site notary law firms and real estate agents as needed. In addition, we have an extensive network of contacts with Polish law firms and notary offices. Any of your claims that open in Poland can either be processed by us personally (for example in the framework of the European Payment Order) or through the Polish law firms which we cooperate with on a continual basis.
REAL ESTATE
We draft and review real estate contracts (apartment or house purchase contracts, donation agreements, service contracts, mortgage etc.) and guide out clients through the entire process of a real estate transaction in Austria, including supervision over entries in mortgage register. As part of our due diligence process, we also review real estate offers and related purchase agreements as required.
CIVIL LAW
The specialization of our law firm includes civil litigation as part of compensation proceedings and claiming contract rights. We offer help and effective support in disputes over faulty construction services, claiming insurance damages and in the case of medical errors. In addition, we support our clients in accident claims (e.g. resulting fromtraffic or skiing accidents).

The scope of our criminal law services covers all stages of the proceedings, beginning with legal counsel during police / prosecution office initial investigations. We represent our clients as defense, proxies to auxiliary prosecutors, and private prosecutors at all stages of a criminal trial. We also assert civil claims in criminal proceedings and draft private criminal charges.
BUSINESS LAW
We provide comprehensive support for companies in servicing domestic and foreign entities operating in Poland and Austria.
We prepare and negotiate contracts and advise from the beginning of business in Austria, we support the selection of the optimal legal form for the planned activity and we support the establishment and registration of an Austrian partnership or capital company.
INSURANCE LAW
We provide professional assistance in pursuing claims and resolving disputes related to insurance contracts. We effectively seek compensation from insurers for property damage (e.g. damage to a vehicle from liability insurance or comprehensive cover) and personal injury related to traffic accidents, accidents at work or skiing accidents.
DRAFTING CONTRACTS
We draw up and review contracts so that they are a tailor-made solution, and the text of the document fully takes into account the assumptions and interests of our clients. We support them in the process of preparing and closing lease or rental agreements for premises and sale and purchase agreements of all kinds. Moreover, we offer assistance in creating wills, proxies and marriage agreements.

Since reliable legal advice inevitably entails costs, we offer transparent and understandable terms of cooperation for our clients. Depending on the nature of the legal matter and your individual needs, we offer billing options based on:

• Statutory rate of bar services (RATG, AHK)

We will gladly inform you about details of the billing options and reimbursement of costs in court proceedings during a detailed initial discussion.
